Cairn Hill, based in Lynn MA, reached out with a simple ask: take an outdated, complex logo, and build an imaginative and playful brand rooted in their love of the outdoors and free-spirited philosophy. As a former Montessori school kid myself, I was immediately inspired.

Over the course of almost a full year, we collaborated to develop a fresh and colorful brand identity that included a new website, newsletter, and 3 new logos all based on, you guessed it— a cairn. From the Cairn Hill icon, was born a set of organic shapes that I later translated into a full scale brand application across print, way finding signage, social media, web, as well as other various collateral.
